Recruitment system is one of the most complicated and significant activity that every organizations have to undergo. Putting right people at the right place is not as easy as it sounds. And for big and prominent companies like AISL, the recruitment process is never easy when the company ensures the quality of the work as well as quality of the people. But AISL has been in that business for a long enough for coping up with the difficulties. They have their own structure and way of selecting people.
