dc.description.abstractIn this internship report I have strived to evaluate the service marketing triangle in the context of Hypertage Solutions Ltd. Hypertag Solutions Ltd. is one of the leading Companies for developing and deploying enterprise products on transaction banking, mobile value-added services, and other advanced enterprise softwares. The Company was established in 2010 and has its Head Office in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The mission of the company is to be the most trusted provider of online outsourcing in Bangladesh and South Asia. I have elaborately discussed about the competitors of Hypertag company like US software LTD, Bdjobs.com, LTD, Creative IT Institute, Desktop IT etc. who are currently providing online IT services all over the country. This report also includes information about two running projects of Hypertag company like -LICT & LEDP. This report is based on both primary and secondary data collection method. Most of the necessary information has been collected from websites, face to face interviews and experiences while working in Hypertag Solutions Ltd. Some publications of BASIS and IT Journals were also followed. In the analysis part, possibilities of success and obstacles in outsourcing have also been identified. The service marketing triangle of Hypertag company has also been discussed in the findings section which includes the internal, external and interactive marketing practices of Hypertag Ltd in this report. Hypertag Solutions Limited does the external marketing to reach its customers by the means of advertising, and direct marketing. Hypertag Solutions Limited strives to excel in internal marketing by being focused on recruitment and training and development. Their interactive marketing involves creating employee empowerment and technological and physical infrastructure so that the employees of the organization can deliver the services promised in their external marketing efforts. Some recommendations are included in this report for Hypertag company in order to improving their services. Study is not complete without realistic details of the organization and real experience in a corporate field. Despite having some difficulties in doing this report I have had a great experience of a corporate life and learned many things from the team of Hypertag Solutions LTD.en_US
