dc.description.abstractIn my last semester, I have done my internship at Renata Limited. As an HR intern, I have successfully performed and completed several project based assignments such as handling the HRIS and conducting report on Employee Engagement and other associated small word doc. reports at Renata Limited. I also gained experiences about the Human Resources activities of Renata such as attending ex-employees who came to collect their original certificates and other documents, calling up applicants about their interviews or appoint letter and assisted and coordinated them executing those activities, giving data entry of employee’s information etc. In this report, I have described about my acquired technical, analytical and people skills which has helped me in my own development. I have also shared my perspective on the difference between academic and experiential learning. The assessment of the organization is briefly discussed along with my experiences. As this was my first experience in the authentic corporate world, I faced some challenges as well. I overcame those challenges and identified what were my expectations from this internship and what I experienced here. This internship has definitely influenced me to continue with HR in my future career plans.en_US
