| dc.description.abstract | This report has been prepared as per the requirement of completion of internship course, in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program at United International University. After a successful interview, I had been selected for working in the Credit Risk Management of IDLC Finance Limited. The report illustrates a brief overview of IDLC Finance Limited, the department I am working in and its members. It explains the tasks carried out by CRM and its products.
It also describes my duties and contribution to the organization and my learning outcomes from the internship experience, along with difficulties encountered and how I have overcome them. It also enlightens about how I have interacted with my coworkers and the difference between my experience and expectations. The report ends with my opinion of what I would do if I was given an opportunity to repeat the internship, and finally, how the three months journey has shaped my career plans.
First part of this report is based on the introduction which includes topics like origin, objective of the report, motivation, limitation of the report basically define the way. And next part of the report is overview of the IDLC Finance Limited with its history, mission, vision, values, products and services and, SWOT analysis of activities.
