dc.description.abstractIn the very beginning I would like to say I made this report based on the Evaluation of Customer Satisfaction on M-commerce- A Study on bkash Limited”. This is the internship report based on three months long hardship study in bkash limited. This research has tried to find out the customer satisfaction of bkash limited. Basically in order to complete my internship program for Bachelor of Business Administration course, I had a wonderful experience working for three months in the bkash limited. First part of this report based on the introduction which includes topics like origin, background, objective, methodology and limitation of the study. Basically it defines the way and background of the study to prepare the report. At the end of the report, I present some findings, recommendations and conclusion of bkash limited customer satisfaction which could helpful for proper understanding of the report. I hope this report would be able portray the customer satisfaction of bkash limited.en_US
