dc.description.abstractSupply chain management has become an important focus point for achieving competitiveness in this globally challenging environment. This case study aims to present the optimization of supply chain management system of Agora, a retail chain of Rahimafrooz superstore Limited. This data is collected through internship experience, in-depth interviews and observation. Through this analysis, the major parts of supply chain system that Agora just collect from suppliers and sell those product. The report presents how Agora makes collaboration with its enlisted suppliers for sourcing purpose, different categories of items (food, non-food and perishable),transportation and distribution handled by third-party logistics etc. Agora also wants to ensure 100% quality products for its customer. The implication of the study can be a way to overcome the problems faced by Agora. This case study will say that how Agora can ensure the best quality by optimizing their direct and indirect source of supply chain.en_US
