dc.description.abstractThis Report is the reflection of my learning and experiences which have been taught at class blended with the internship experiences at the bank under HR department along with some other departments like Credit Administrative Division (CAD), general banking, customer relationships etc. provided me the much information regarding this report. The core objective of report is to know and outline the HRM practices of Standard Bank Limited. It shows the real scenario of HR Planning and Recruitment Process, Training and Development process, Performance appraisal process, and Change management process along with the detailed background of Standard Bank Limited. Although the HRM practices of Standard Bank limited are satisfactorily formulated and implemented, there are such improvement areas such as providing training on integrity, ethical & moral values, creating more scope for job rotation for the employees, providing scope for operational or lower level employees to raise their voices during change management process and the feedback should analyzed and acted on.en_US
