dc.description.abstractThe report which is based on the “Customer Satisfaction of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited” This study is the result of internship program ran for the past three months placed at the Dutch Bangla Bank, Mirpur-1 Branch. The main purpose of this study is to understand Customer satisfaction analysis in Dutch Bangla Bank. The study indicates that customer satisfaction largely depends on improvised working environment, regular feedback from customers, flexibility to maintain a balance between work and family life. For gathering this information I had to maintain direct observation to see the work pattern of employees and their views within the organization.en_US
