dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify various problems and prospect of organic tea production in Bangladesh and their impact in connection to the “Kazi & Kazi Tea”. The report is representing the picture of organic tea production and drawn problems and the available prospect of tea produce organically. It also added how organic agriculture is more beneficial for the economic prospects and the socio-economic environment. In this report, challenges and the systems of overcoming those challenges are mentioned so that a successful trade of organic tea in the market is ensured. Factors regarding organic cultivation like making Bio-compost, use of natural cow dung fertilizer, eco medicine pest for the healthier plants, use of organic technological advantages respond to market demand organization positive management and feedback are also described. This study endeavors to unite various issues in the light of improvements in organic cultivation in tea sector. Organic agribusiness is comprehensive generation the board framework which advances and upgrades agro-environment wellbeing, including biodiversity, natural cycles, and soil organic action of tea production. Organic horticulture ought to accomplish biological equalization through the plan of cultivating frameworks of tea, foundation of living spaces for human are used as fulfilling the demand of their food.
