This report is mainly based on my academic theory and analysis of Dutch Bangla Bank Limited. This is my internship report. It was a great opportunity to experience and gather knowledge about different types CSR activities of banking sector and how the corporation operates their social welfare for support the poor people. My course instructor helped a lot on this report. The main concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is to fulfill the responsibility towards the country and the people of the country who are not well maintained. The financial segment of Bangladesh has been effectively taking a shot at different social exercises. In this report the general CSR exercises of DBBL has been talked about. It is to be discovered that there are diverse segment they really served their social commitment to. The principle part of their CSR exercises are education segment, health segment, social development segment, city beautification segment, sports segment and so forth. Their commitment in this area is fundamentally high substantially more than other bank and budgetary establishments. At the end, DBBL has the reputation for their great CSR activities. To sustain in the banking industry DBBL needs to compete with other bank. For this it should focus on the innovation and development by competing itself so that it can uplift its own standard from the previous standard.en_US
