dc.description.abstractThe report consists of five elaborate chapters. The first chapter describes the introductory part that includes the general ideas of the report, the second chapter is discussed on the Dutch Bangla Bank Limited that is consist of the bank’s profile, mission, vision of the bank, the products mix of DBBL and the organizational chart of the bank. The third chapter explains the different HR functions the bank is conducting spontaneously. The fourth and the main chapter is discussed the recruitment and selection process of Dutch Bangla Bank Limited. Finally, the fifth chapter adds some suggestion after analyzing the recruitment and selection procedures of Dutch Bangla Bank Limited for the betterment of the HRD as well as the bank from the theoretical knowledge that I have learned from my Bachelor of Business Administration. Hopefully, the recommendations will help the HR managers to improve the recruitment and selection procedures of DBBL.en_US
