dc.description.abstractExecutive summary The study is conducted to analyze the marketing mix of a construction company in Bangladesh.There is an old speech that defines marketing as the process of "putting the right product in front of the right people at the right time and at the right price." The marketing combination refers to a set of tools and techniques that a company would simply use for that: to offer its products to customers ready to buy it. With all the strategies available for marketing, how do businesses choose the winning combination? Naturally, companies want to present their products and services to as many potential customers ready, willing and able to buy as possible. To do this, it is important to understand the marketing mix. This concept uses several analytical frameworks to observe all the elements and features involved that may affect marketing. The most popular of these frames is the "4P": place/location, price, product, and promotion. By taking advantage of these elements to take advantage of natural assets, the company can improve its chances of successfully marketing its product. Marketing is essential to the success of an organization. If a company wants to reach a wider audience with its products and services, it must take certain steps to help visitors find it. Companies must persuade their potential customers to choose their products or services rather than what their competitors offer. Marketing is the total of these strategies and tactics that enable a company to achieve these goals. To be successful, each company, whether its construction or manufacturer company, needs to make sure to integrate several strategies into its marketing plan. These strategies reflect the realities of business operations, as well as the company's intentions for that product or range of services. Therefore, the purpose of the report was to enlighten up the marketing mix of M/S Netol Construction. Through the analysis conducted in the later part found that the company has constructed several buildings in the cantonment area. And the price varies and the company usually set minimum price at a minimum profit to get the opportunity of working for Bangladesh Military Services (MES) and there are several restrictions are there that the company cannot work for any private purpose. The company is located in Dhaka Cantonment. At the final part of the report there are several recommendations are listed for the betterment of the M/S Netol Construction.en_US
