dc.description.abstractSales performance basically gives an insight about how effectively the sales force of the organization is achieving sales target. Sales performance plays a vital role for sales planning & sales executions. Sales performance can be influenced by many factors such as- market area, transportation system, customer relationship, sales performance management etc. Sales support service offers the solutions to the sales team by giving various support such as logistic support, transportation support, proper sales management support etc co responding to the factors that influences sales performance. This study is done under the Sales Support Service Department of the ACME laboratories ltd. These department falls under the Marketing Services Department of The ACME Laboratories Ltd. The ACME Laboratories Ltd is a pharmaceutical company and has a big product line but to be competitive in the market, they have twenty-one sales centers all around in Bangladesh. To maintain sales market operation in the whole country is quite challenging. Maintaining and monitoring sales performance of the entire sales center is also quite difficult. To face this challenge any manufacturing company needs a strategic way to deal. In this report, one of the strategic departments of the ACME laboratories which is sales support service department. How this department works and what kind of situation it faces all with details will explain this report. This report will also explain how ACME laboratories is facing problem while doing it and what kind of solutions can be adopted towards it. Throughout the operational activities what strength, weakness points of the sales support service department are discussed here along with suggestion of rectifying all the shortcomings.en_US
