dc.description.abstractASL BPO is one of the leading IT solutions or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firm in Bangladesh. They provide business process outsourcing & services. As this kind of firms are not so new in the country, so it did not take much time to get the recognition in the IT market. One of the most important department of an organization is its operation department. This department basically help to maintain the work environment according to the organization policy and help to align all the requirements. To carry those duties sometimes they need to face critical situation and need top management approval. While doing internship in this organization, I have learnt how to deal with organizational critical situation though I have experienced a very little critical situation. While doing work on the forum, I have realized it is really tough to maintain various clients with their requirement in very short period of time. I have learnt about operational job responsibilities while work on in their core business process. Also, I gathered detail idea about Virtual Assistant (VA) & Property Press Wizard (PPW). As I am from business background, still I got an opportunity to experience how operational department works of an organization. Overall it was really a good experience to work in an organization who are very much caring about their clients and employees.en_US
