dc.description.abstractWhen I started the course of Marketing I learned about the Marketing and Sales activities. By preparing this report I have learned about marketing & sales process in an organization (Famaq Group) & their advertisement strategy, hand over date maintenance, land grabbing system & their ways of making and fulfilling the promises to the essential stakeholders. The organization uses a variety of methods for managing its marketing and sales activities. There are so many types of market promotion methods used by this organization; understanding how each of them works will help determine the best one to use by the organization. Each type has benefits and drawbacks; however, an assessment of management style and business environment will make the decision easier to find which method is easier to use in context of this specific organization. The report mainly elaborates on the promotional activities of the company. But it also intends to elaborate on the uses of various tools of marketing mix: product, price, place, and promotion. “PURBACHAL FAMAQ CITY” is one of the top real estate marketer but they are also facing a lot of problems. Lack of opportunities for market expansion is just one of them. They can think about market expansion strategy by targeting new groups of customers in different parts of the country. They can also make their prices more competitive to increase the market share.en_US
