|dc.description.abstract||The aim of this study is to examine the impact of various variables on customer satisfaction in system selling.
This report is based on the “Factors influencing business customer satisfaction in system selling in Leads Corporation Limited”. System selling is one of the marketing strategies that is discussed in this report. It will also focus on the impact of system selling on customer satisfaction. Several factors are here that influence customer satisfaction while system selling. In this report, the factors and the impacts of these factors on customer satisfaction are discussed. The factors are product quality, product price, customer relationship, brand awareness, brand value, customer needs, market leader, service delivery, customer knowledge, product reliability, technological advancement, the response of the organization, positive word of mouth and experienced management team.
Research is conducted to find out the most important variable that has the strongest influence on customer satisfaction in system selling, we can also find out the relationship among the factors and customer satisfaction in system selling and impact of the factors on customer satisfaction in system selling. Product quality, product price, customer relationship, brand awareness and customer satisfaction are considered as the study variables where product quality, product price, customer relationship, and brand awareness are the independent variable and customer satisfaction is the dependent variable. This analysis shows the relationship between the variables and customer satisfaction. It also measures the impact of these factors on customer satisfaction. The findings indicate that customer relationship is the most important factor for customer satisfaction in system selling. Customer relationship influences other factors. Product quality also has an impact on customer satisfaction. It will be beneficiary for Leads Corporation Limited if they focus on the critical situations and areas with these factors.||en_US
