dc.description.abstractUnion Capital Limited should improve and focus on their HRD to handle the employee in the organization and also keep right track of the employees working.HR is an important department for an organization. They should also need to focus on their workforce and implement the recommendation for their good future. From the above discussion I can say that in HR recruitment and selection is a most important and critical issue for an organization because it plays a vital role in the organization. If any organization wants to gain benefit from HRD they should follow all the sections of Human Resource Management. Union Capital Limited should adopt some good policy to improve their recruitment and selection process, compensation system, training, job analysis and salary survey so that they can be a market dominant to meet their goal. So, I can conclude that my internship experience was too good to my professional and academic experience in the UCL.I also enjoyed their working environment and the challenges that came in my everyday working life during internship. I have learned many valuable things which is important for my future professional life.en_US
