| dc.description.abstract | It is process for every student of BBA program of United International University to complete their undergraduate program at last they have to submit an internship report. After completing my 120 credit of BBA program started my three months internship period in Modhumoti Bank Limited. During these three months I was part of their general banking department and I have learned a lot about commerce, banking and customer services which are provided by the Modhumoti Bank.
Bangladesh is still a developing country and private financial institutes of the country are helping the country to grow and develop. People of the country are becoming depended on these institutes and banks are providing them superlative banking and financial advice.
To know about a bank or to evaluate a bank ratio analysis is the most important tool. In this report I have used different types of ratios to have a deep understanding about the position of the Modhumoti Bank. I had to study the last six years financial statement of MMBL to cover this ratios and I have highlighted some financial reviews in my report about how efficiently the bank is making profits.
I have also covered the General banking services and charges in my report, and I have shared my internship experience and my responsibilities. Through my analysis of ratios I have come to know that no matter the size of the organization, we can make our perception about the financial position of a particular organization. The bank is giving back to its shareholders the returns as dividend at a rate of 10 percent. And from the beginning year, CRAB was selected as a credit rating agency and in the report I have discussed about rating of last five years.
Modhumoti bank started it journey in 2013, within these years it became a brand itself because of their service and good behavior towards their clients. And with this growth rate it will become one of the prime banks of the country in coming years. | en_US |
