dc.description.abstract | Performance management can help employees to align their goals with strategic planning and objectives of their company. So it necessary for every organization to conduct continuous performance evaluation and management that will encourage improvements in performance and will provide the incentives necessary to maintain high levels of performance. As the leading poultry farm of Bangladesh, Kazi Farms Group has a structured human resource department. In this report, I tried to figure out those performance practices that are essential to understand the performance parameter of the human resources of Kazi Farms Group. I have also included the process of doing evaluation of their existing employees and the feedback system of Kazi Farms Group in this report. I further have taken a small interview session and found out many positive and negative sides of their present performance management system. | en_US |
