| dc.description.abstract | This report is all about data- path limited and its retirement plan. But when I started to write about it, there should come another company named as July business services. Data path is mainly doing their work on behalf of July business services. The United States government is very conscious about the right of people when they retire, so they made a rule that every organization should have a retirement plant. To make a retirement plan is very complex, so there are many specialized organizations for giving the service. July business service is one of them. And we know that outsourcing is getting popular and here in Bangladesh many organizations that is doing outsourcing, data path is one of them. But they are doing only July business service’s work, thus literally Data- path can be treated as a part of July business services. The working activity of these two organizations are similar. Data path has ten departments - all have direct communication with the same department of July business services. Both the organizations are using the same software. They mainly use three software, UNIFY, RELIUS Administration & SAGE 100 (mass 90). In accounting determent we did varieties of activities such as billing, recon, daily deposit etc. using this software. As the world is now considering as a global village, many organization like us are growing up based on this kind of outsourcing activities and it is increasing day by day. | en_US |
