Internship Report on “Application of ERP System in Anwar Group: Accumulation of accounting information to form different business decisions by management”

Abstract

This report documents the internship experience (February 26–May 31, 2025) in the Corporate Management Accounting department of Anwar Group, Bangladesh. The study investigates how Anwar Group leverages its Anwar Enterprise System (AES) ERP platform to transform accounting data into strategic business decisions, focusing on its Building Materials Division (cement, steel, polymers, galvanized products).
