dc.description.abstractAs I had notified that, the report is based on financial performance of DBL. It was an opportunity for me to know about the banking sector and the activity of the bank' in economy of our country. In the new business era, competitions are getting high and also technological changes also touching the sky so far. There is a measuring issue in the banking sector on the basis of their performance. The scale is measured on the basis of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss account. The balance sheet shows about the financial position and the profit & loss account shows about the net profit or net loss of the bank. Ratio analysis is the most popular trend to evaluate bank's performance over years and also compare with other banks in the industry. Analysis & Interpretation of this financial statements through ratio analysis, is become an important technique scaling. Investors, financial experts, management executives and the bankers are always relying on these ratios to make decision on financial situation.en_US
