Abstract

This project focuses on banking employee work life balance during corona pandemic. This corona pandemic situation employee need self-awareness and find a smarter way to work hard to maintain their work life balance. Work life is balance is always challenging for all professional employee. Organization always competing qualified employee, a perfect balance between employee work life and their family time is required. Flexible working time, remote working time helps employee to keep work life balance during corona pandemic. During this corona pandemic time, work from home situation ensure balance in the banking employee's office and personal life.
