Labour Law Practices of Garments Sector

Abstract

In our Bangladesh, every section of labor law is not practicing in every organization. Different organizations follow this law differently. Bangladesh is developing in garments sector but still now, many organizations are not following the law properly. It’s true that our country is changing and our government is very serious about to ensure the workers’ rights. So, we can hope that in future every garments of Bangladesh will follow each and every provisions of labor law. Labor law is very important for a country. Labor law is the protector of both workers and employers. Labor law helps to increases the industrial relationship. A good labor law practices in the factory is helps to increase the productivity. The laws spell out the requirements and compliance of those ensures legal protection for those who abide by the law. Labor law in not just for interpersonal benefits but also its helps the society to move on further.
