dc.description.abstractIn today's day and age, businesses are going through phases of innovation in various business processes that makes up the business model of an organization. A business organization is made up of several components; which, when working in harmony, can significantly uplift the results generated by an organization. So, it is essential that business organizations know what kind of innovation they are looking for and how they are going to bring about the innovation in their business processes. One of the key components of a business is its human resources. Human resources are said to be the backbone of an organization. If the organization is able to maintain its human resources properly, there is a good chance that it will be on its way to success in no time. However, it is understandable that the organization may not always have the financial abundance which is required to hire good quality human resource for the organization. In that case, a lot of organizations choose to accommodate their human resource needs by outsourcing them. So, by taking the route of outsourcing, a lot of ideas such as the payroll, the recruitment process and also the training process of the human resource has to be redesigned, which is what this report is all about.en_US
