Automatic Issue Tracking & Release Management System

Abstract

Any kind of organization especially software company requires an issue tracking system & delivery channel requires a release management or delivery management system. In the issue tracking system they put all their issues & tasks that needs to be resolved or done. After completing the task another team provides the solution or delivery to the client with a delivery log, in our case release note. In the release note client can see what the delivery content & issues are. Client receives the release note along with delivery content & sign it as an acknowledgement. Target of this project “Automatic Issue Tracking & Release Management System” is to provide a combined system of issue tracking & release management system. As the byproduct this will also serve the purpose of project management (in a limited scale), employee & contact management system. This project will help both the company & their client to input & track the issues. Communication, work status everything will be clear to all the user using this system & client can be satisfied with this.
