Abstract

China Petroleum Pipeline Engineering Company Limited (CPP) is one of the foreign top listed companies in Petro Bangla for oil and gas pipeline industry in in Bangladesh. Its service area is increasing day by day for various government sectors. Since this company is statutory audit and yearly tax return, quarterly financial statements and submission to BIDA, BB and other government offices. During the study of their financial statements, it is also found that they are not concerned about wealth maximization of wealth within their local branch. They do not have any fixed assets as well as any long-term loan. Thus, it was also difficult to interpret several ratios and find the strength between local companies and foreign companies. Furthermore, it is also difficult to study the HQ financial statements because it ss in Chinese and comprehensive of worldwide. It is also notable that international or large companies get foreign donations for projects, but local companies struggle for working capitals for infrastructure development projects.
