Internship Report on “General Banking Activities of JANATA BANK LTD at Badda Branch"

Abstract

An internship significantly contributes to simulating real-world on-the-job training. This internship report combined my three months of work experience at Janata Bank Limited. On my way to completing the report, I discovered numerous separate banking roles and regular bank activity. Understanding the general banking activities of Janata Bank Limited's Badda Branch is the goal of this paper. I use both primary and secondary data to create this report. I learn from the overall report that general banking activities is mostly for thepopulation. While JBL performs both conventional and general banking activities, banks concentrate short-term investment, while JBL prioritizes mid- and long-term investment to establish long-term relationships with clients.
