Impact of recruitment and selection in the achievement of organizational and societal goals in icddr,b

Abstract

This report aims to demonstrate how the Recruitment and selection process conducted by the Human Resource Department of icddr,b has an impact in the organization and on the society. It was a great pleasure as well as a challenge to work in such an international health research organization and prepare this report which has helped me significantly to enhance my knowledge and skills.The report has been prepared through extensive discussion with the HR department of icddr,b employees, management and supervisor.
