Abstract
The reports deals with performance appraisal & compensation as carried out by IDLC Finance Limited. The first session of report deals with the performance appraisal. It includes company’s history, details, activities and operations, organizational structure etc. This session also included attempts to details information of company and financing happiness. The second session of reports deals with the compensation of company. It tells about the yearly compensation, bonus, incentives and extra percents of the business.
