dc.description.abstractThe report entitled “Developing an Effective 7Ps Marketing Mix: A Case Study Analysis of Quest Educare,” centers on how the organization uses the 7Ps of service marketing such as Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence to ensure success in a competitive environment within the educational consultancy sector of Bangladesh. The report is written based on an internship conducted for four months as a Marketing Intern at Quest Educare in Banani, Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this regard, the report highlights the various functions performed by the company, including its marketing strategies and client servicing process. The report analyzes Quest Educare’s business model using the 7Ps of services marketing approach together with a SWOT analysis of the company. Based on the report findings, it is revealed that even though the firm does extremely well in terms of digital promotion, personalized counseling of students and a transparent process of service provision, several shortcomings exist in the company. Hence, this report suggests several measures for improving the marketing of Quest Educare through technology and strategic partnerships.en_US
