Training and development practices of Gao Tek Inc.

Abstract

GAO Tek Inc's training and development activities are detailed in this report. The aim of the analysis is to provide a clear picture of Gao Tek training and development practices. The primary goal of this report is to provide an overview of training and growth. Since this is a virtual internship, the results and research methods provide both primary and secondary data. The primary data was gathered via a Skype chat with an HR manager, and the secondary data came from the company's annual reports and website. This report contains a summary of Gao Tek Inc's facilities as well as my internship experience. The study also explains how the research was performed and based on the data; this report concludes that the majority of clients are satisfied with the quality of service provided by Gao Tek's embedded development tools. To boost their quality of service in media telecommunication testers and other electronic measurement instruments, Gao Tek should concentrate on these issues.
