Abstract

the author has conducted financial analysis of one public ltd and another private ltd pharmaceutical firm (which is the intern organization) and found that in some cases the private ltd firm has crossed the public ltd. company. As an intern the student was assigned with vat and taxation department of the company which he has described in the internship responsibility section along with a brief discussion of vat and taxation system of the pharmaceutical industry.
