Financial Inclusion of Bangladesh

Abstract

This report focuses on the overall financial inclusion in Bangladesh. Bangladesh is a small but a developing country. In Bangladesh policy maker have recognized the social, economic and commercial importance of financial inclusion. We have clear evidence that there is a demand of financial inclusion in our country. To have better understanding this report was prepare in a simple language so that readers from every background can get sufficient idea. There are some tables for better understanding. In the first part of the report represent the basic idea about Financial Inclusion and its importance. Second part of this report shows the financial sector and its data analysis. The trend in Banks, NBFI, Microfinance, Insurance companies and mobile banking show in this part. In the final part of the report represent the initiative taken by Bangladesh Bank for financial inclusion of Bangladesh.
