Credit Risk Management and Performance Analysis of Janata bank Limited

Abstract

The report is produced in consequence of my project, which I have accomplished as a necessity of my BBA program. This report is accomplished based on my personal experience about Janata Bank Limited. The Janata Bank Limited is a state-owned commercial bank is one of the prominent public bank of Bangladesh. All the appearance of Credit Risk Management of Janata Bank Limited like; rules, regulations activities, policy, strategy, approval process of loan, credit function dept. and also credit accumulation dept. various product variety and their aptitude and recovery procedure of different shape of loan etc. have been represent to this report. However, I have performed lots of financial calculations, perceive their financial reports and from my operating knowledge & experience I also accumulate competency about their administrative process of managing different issue. After making the whole report, I had prepared some findings concerning about the Credit Management Policy and Performance Analysis of Janata Bank Limited. As an inexperienced person I may have created numerous mistakes in those findings, but however I felt from my point of view, I only clear out those. Founded on this those findings, I recommended some points which may assistance the bank to eradicate their much shortcomings
