I got the opportunity to work with DATCO agency as I am a student of United International University to complete the Bachelor degree program. My supervisor “Shakila Aziz” madam assigned me to work on the total Business process, SWORT Analysis, Customer Satisfaction and Industry analysis of “DATCO”. This report is made on the standard format which is created by United International University. Manpower market totally refers to professional service industry. This industry is mostly powerful, because it increases the inflow of remittance in Bangladesh. This remittance inflow is affecting the economy. The two regulatory authorities (BMET & Ministry of EW&OE) are keeping big hand on regulating this industry. DATCO holds the prestigious position in manpower agency services. Firstly the agency creates strong alliance with the Employer Company and secondly recruits employee from parent country and finally does the joint venture agreement with clients. All the expenditure happens in the manpower exporting, DATCO collects the cost and profit from the local employee’s. By providing service professionally DATCO creates exquisite customer satisfaction. I’ve joined in DATCO as an administrative & I worked on client communication. I learned to analyze the four core documents of manpower process and arranged diverse meeting with Employer Company delicate. I’ve experienced the real corporate environment in DATCO.en_US
