Internship Report on Global Brand Private Limited: Focusing on Training and Development

Abstract

Due to the latest discoveries in technology, everything is changing very fast both inside and outside of the country. At the same time, everything is becoming competitive very quickly. For organizations that play a significant role in boosting a country’s economy, IT companies are one. This report will discuss the importance of on job training and how it shapes up a fresh graduate with corporate cultures and skills. If any organization develops an effective internship program for fresh graduates, it will not only help develop their skills but also help the organization to become more successful. Because of more support and cooperation in functional works, fast technological progress, and implementation of new practices. The purpose of the internship is to get familiar with the IT products distribution and marketing activities within the Global Brand Private Limited, and also to know the Global Brand Private Limited’s training practices. I briefly describe the impact of effective job training and development during the internship period.
