Internship Report on National Bank Limited

Abstract

The internship is designed to bridge the gulf between the theoretical knowledge and real-life experience. It is designed to have a practical experience while passing through the theoretical understanding. The report is the result of three months internship program with National Bank Ltd Shimanto Shomvar Branch. Today, necessity of a Bank as a financial institution is undeniable. These institutions play a vital role in the field of financial stability of a country. Banking sector is one of the stable financial institutions of a country economy. In the first chapter I have discussed about the Introduction & history of the private banking sectors of Bangladesh. On the following chapter, I have stated the core values along with mission, vision, goal & CSR of NBL. In chapter 3, I have discussed basically about my experience in NBL, that is, my jobs and responsibilities on the bank. After that, I have described about office politics in various organizations and also depicted how NBL minimize this. Lastly, I have expressed my observations about NBL’s whole structure and based on this, I have given recommendation & conclusion.
