Recruitment and Payroll Process of Kazi Food Industries Limited

Abstract

This report is made for the fulfilment of the BBA programme. In the first chapter, introduction, methodology, scope of the report, objectives and limitations that I have faced during preparing the report is presented. Literature review on Recruitment and Payroll process is being presented in chapter two. A full overview of Kazi food Industries is given in the next chapter. In this chapter, mission, vision, products, social responsibilities of KFIL is given. Data Analysis is given in chapter four. For collecting data survey has been conducted on KFIL employees. Based on the collected data and using SPSS software frequency on gender, experience, education, salary is made. ANOVA test on salary and experience, t-test based on hypothesis, multiple regression is also made. Considering the result of data analysis chapter some recommendations are given in the last chapter. At last conclusion is made on this report.
