This report is entitled "Procurement and Vendor Management Practices of Beximco Ltd. A study on the Textiles, PPE and Apparels Division" which has been done to fulfil some phases through Nursing-lectures for the degree of a BBA at United International University. The research is derived from a three-month rigorous internship (April 20, 2026, to July 20, 2026) at Beximco’s Procurement and Vendor Management Department that provides extensive ground-level insight into the operational dynamics of supply chain mechanics. The main focus of this report is to understand how Beximco uses sophisticated procurement processes along with intentional, systematic supplier partnerships to support the scale and scope of its textile, PPE, and apparel production activities. It provides a thorough assessment of the methods used by the company in vendor selection, cost control, inventory monitoring and raw material management.en_US
