    Abstract
    The report is all about measuring the customer satisfaction of business customers of Epsilon Systems And Solutions Ltd. The research also describes the basic and general phenomenon a fundamental of the impact of customer satisfaction over the business. Loyal customers are an asset of the business. The main objective of doing business is to earn a profit and that can be earned only if the customers remain loyal to the organization. For making a customer loyal satisfying them is crucial. Firstly, the common objectives, purpose, motivation, as well as limitations etc, are emphasized in chapter one of the research. Moving on to the chapter two, profiling of the company can be known. General concepts of the company are transparent in the second division of the research. It includes company history vision and mission statement alongside corporate vision and governance of the company. The third chapter contains a sample of the present study of measuring the customer satisfaction of business customers. Some data analysis, the process of measurement of customer satisfaction with its research implications etc. A Microsoft excel sheet with calculations is also added to the report. The report, in conclusion, is a clear picture of measuring the customer satisfaction of business customers. For running a business in a long run and earning profit employees should also be aware of the impact of customer satisfaction and their loyalty. So, the study variables and the relationship of the variables with the customer satisfaction expectation is also described in the report. The report easily shows every aspect of customer satisfaction of business customers which is measured through the survey.
