    Abstract
This report, entitled (Assessment of Employees with the Power of AI), is indicative of the many vigorous and sustained activities involved in reaching the successful stage of recruitment of an employee. This is a report about my internship experience as an HR Intern at Niyog. This is an artificial intelligence-based service that assists companies in identifying and selecting the best job applicants and filtering their applications. I collaborated with the recruitment department, and this experience showed me how AI solutions accelerate the recruitment process. The company's primary system quickly scans a large number of CVs. It compares every CV to the job description and displays candidates who match the required skills. Recruiters will then be able to identify the most suitable applicants more quickly. I was assigned the role of assisting with the scrutiny of candidate profiles, assessing their suitability for the role, and aiding the team in recruiting potential employees for each position. I learned about the application of technology in modern HR and how AI enables recruiters to work with multiple applications. By and large, the internship revealed how recruitment processes can be carried out and taught me how to utilize AI to make more suitable hiring decisions.
