Abstract

This report “Measuring employee job satisfaction of ACI Formulations Ltd.” is a presentation of 3 months long Internship Program as a part of academic requirement of the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Program. The report has five major parts- Introduction part, Organization part, job satisfaction discussion part, Findings and analysis part and Recommendation part. The study reveals that the importance of employee satisfaction is increasing day by day. If the company can ensure employees job satisfaction, the company can get more competitive advantages & earn a huge profit.
