    Abstract
Bangladesh has been faced different social and economical problems. And as social organization has greater opportunities to solve several social problems in a financially sustainable way, the significance of social organization is very high in Bangladesh. My study tried to find out the variables that affect the intention toward social business in Bangladesh. To conduct my study, 300 sample individuals were interviewed during the month of October and November, 2018. To find out my valuable findings, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, standardized regression estimates and path analysis were employed. Research found that the Empathy, Moral Obligation, and Entrepreneurial Self-Efficacy influence the intention toward social business in Bangladesh. Thus, this paper will be very much helpful to further research on this topic.
