    Abstract
    Now a days, Employee engagement and the environment of work both are very vital for any Organization. Though both are often co-related to each other. Generally, Employee engagement means how much willingness exist in the employee’s mind to perform their job duties. The Work Environment provides a positive impact here in the employees mind. This Report deals with the engagements of employee and the work environment of SGS Bangladesh Ltd. SGS Bangladesh Ltd is the world’s one of the most leading inspection, Verification, Testing and certification company. It has popularity for global benchmark for quality and honesty. With more than 80 thousands employee, SGS Bangladesh Ltd function a connection between 1650 headquarters and workshops under the globe. But there is always a room for improvement. At the end of this paper, some suggestions have been given as recommendation to make its services even better.
