The clothing industry in our country in involved in various kinds of marketing aspects that significantly enhanced my interest towards doing my internships report on the topic of “Developing and Managing Marketing Program of RISE: A Study on a Fashion Brand” The objective of this research is to evaluate the process of the developing and managing marketing program strategy of RISE. This research is descriptive in nature. To conduct this study the primary and secondary data are used. My research report initially provides a nominal idea of the clothing industry in our country. STANDARD GROUP is a top leading readymade garments produce company in Bangladesh. STANDARD GROUP started their apparel business in 1984 under the corporate operations of The Civil Engineers Limited. STANDARD GROUP is the biggest garment manufacturing company in Bangladesh. They produce product for Europe, America, Spain and also many others country. They are renowned for producing denim product and kid’s products. RISE, which is a sister concern of STANDARD GROUP. They started their business in 2014 and after 3 years they launched their first outlet in Bashundhara Shopping Complex. Now a days they was successfully launched their four outlets in Dhaka city corporation area. They have strong management team and also they have enough financial support. In near future they have the opportunity to become number one fashion brand in Bangladesh. Their uses of latest technology have more cost effective and also get some competitive advantage. But there have some corporate political problem that on impact to takes decision. Overall they have the opportunity to lead the fashion industry. In my point of view they need to some changes in their management team and also needs some strategic plan to satisfy their customer.
