    Abstract
    The reason behind of choosing this topic ‘Audit planning & documentation procedures’ is, as an student of accounting, it is important to know the basics of auditing such as its principle, auditor’s professional ethics, why it is important, how it is done, how it is planned. In this report, planning and documentation procedures have been focused. This report has started with a brief introduction along with its importance. Then, the main objectives of the entire report have been specified. In addition, some scholarly quotations to support and to enrich the topic of the report have been mentioned. After that, the objectives one by one with proper explanations and examples have been described. Then, there are some recommendations to the topic and a conclusion of the entire report.
