Exploring the Travel Industry: An Internship Experience at Travel Bright
Abstract
Over the past 20 years, Bangladesh's travel agency sector has grown steadily, driven by rising middle-class incomes, increased internal travel, and growing interest in foreign travel. The sector has been recovering despite the difficulties posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, thanks to revived traveler interest and ongoing digital transformation among agencies.
This report highlights my internship experience at Travel Bright, where I served as an intern in the Sales, Marketing & Brand Management department. The primary objective of my internship was to gain practical knowledge of sales strategies and internal processes that support sales efficiency.
