    Abstract
The fast fashion industry has experienced rapid growth in recent decades, driven by consumer demand for affordable, trendy clothing and accelerated production cycles. This project aims to evaluate the multifaceted impacts of fast fashion, focusing on its environmental, social, and economic dimensions. Through literature review, case studies, and data analysis, the study highlights the environmental degradation caused by textile waste, excessive water usage, and chemical pollution. It also examines the ethical concerns surrounding labor exploitation, poor working conditions, and unfair wages in garment-producing countries. On the economic front, the project explores how fast fashion affects global trade, local artisans, and long-term consumer behavior. The findings suggest that while fast fashion offers economic benefits and consumer accessibility, it poses significant challenges to sustainability and ethical responsibility. The project concludes by proposing alternative models such as slow fashion, circular economy practices, and increased consumer awareness as viable solutions for mitigating the negative effects of the fast fashion industry.
