    Abstract
    Above all, I would like to thank Almighty Allah for giving me the ability and strength to finish all of the BBA courses and for enabling me to turn in my report on time. This publication is the result of a great deal of research and work that took up the entire attention of multiple persons. Without their direction, assistance, cooperation, and navigations, this report would not have been possible. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the compilation of this report. I would especially like to thank my supervisor at United International University (UIU), Dr. Khandoker Mahmudur Rahman, Professor, Department of School of Business & Economics (SoBE), for his help with my internship report from the beginning. My respected supervisor provided me with frequent advice and feedback while I was writing my report. Without his assistance, this report would not have been possible. Additionally, I would want to express my gratitude to my entire team at Ispahani Group for assisting me in completely understanding the impact that soft skills and Techniqual training has on employee behavior and productivity. Their collaboration and encouragement in providing me with this chance, as well as their ongoing support and encouragement in helping me to produce a high-caliber report.
